Your wellbeing with Womens Balance

I wanted to let my clients know that Women’s Balance holistic therapies is open and fully operational. Wellbeing is at the heart of my business, and in these times I want to reassure my clients that high standards of hygiene are something that I have always regarded as important and continue to do so.

I have initiated extra hygiene measures in my daily practise to ensure your health is protected. My private treatment room continues to be a safe space for you to relax and let go. I treat low number of clients, with no cross over waiting times. I will be observing my own health carefully. Please do the same and call to postpone a treatment should you feel unwell.

The founder of Inlight skincare Dr Spieza quoted an inspirational piece earlier today to help keep us all stay positive in these times…

“Positive emotions can enhance the immune system while negative ones like fear can suppress it, making us more vulnerable including to bugs. Follow the government health guidance but don’t lose your centre. Walking together in the beauty of life will help us find beauty even in what’s happening. Take VitC daily through lots of fresh organic fruit and veg and help your system with boosters like echinacea and spirulina. Protect your skin too keeping it clean and well hydrated.”

Now is no better time to enjoy holistic therapies which can help support immunity and ease stress through deep relaxation. Indeed, regular massage has been proven to boost our immune systems. In addition, it can help ground and relax us and increase our positivity.

Aromatherapy is at the heart of my holistic therapies and rituals and offers a natural way to protect yourself. It supports and enhances immunity and mind body wellness. A variety of essential oils support the immune system by soothing the nervous system and reducing stress.
